Lubrication, slip and separating agent based on PTFE.

Excellent separation properties in rubber processing, thermoforming and on uncritical surfaces in plastic injection moulding.

Ideal for maintenance of lifts and escalators where conventional greases bind much dust and dirt due to the high level of air circulation.

After the solvents have evaporated, the product leaves a thin white PTFE film characterised by the typical anti-adhesive and dirt-repellent properties of fluorine-based plastics.

Buflon produces outstanding sliding and separation effects on any surface.
It is heat resistant up to 260 °C and resistant to oil and aggressive media.

Thanks to the water-repellent effect the spray possesses very good anti-corrosive properties and a self-lubricating effect at low coefficients of friction.
