1)  Zinc-coated wire is the EDM wire product with normal brass wire (CuZn35) as the core material and zinc coatedon the surface.Suitable for medium and high -level machines with processing precision and speed requirements such as Agie-Charmiles, Sodick, etc.

Zinc-coated EDM wire:

• Enhance processing speed enormously;
• Increase processing presision enormously;
• Reduce the wear of the parts such as wire guide;
• Improve the affected layer of the moulds and prolong the mould life;
• Vacuum packaging can prolong the storage;
