Buchem’s Neo range – Neoglis, Neoglis Plus and Neolub – is based on synthetic oils and is adapted to differing application areas as it offers different viscosities, adhesion properties and creeping properties.

All Neo products are odourless, do not cure, do not react with plastics and displace moisture.

The Neo film provides a temporary protection against corrosion and can be removed with Solvo-Spray at any time without leaving a residue.

In the Neo range, Neolub is the product with the lowest flow characteristics and the best adhesion properties on metal surfaces.

Due to these characteristics this product is used in areas that require long-term lubrication and protection.

Bars of plastic injection moulding machines are often covered with a greasy layer of dirt; non-lubricated areas tend to rust.

Neolub activates old, dirty and hardened greases, facilitates cleaning and thus ensures long-lasting maintenance.

Special adhesive additives prevent the lubricating film on roller guides, slow-running chains as well as turning and pushing devices from migrating: they accurately focus the lubricating effect on the stressed surfaces.
